The Reconnect Club is a monthly invitation to slow down, reach out, and create more meaningful moments of connection.
Each month, you'll receive original artwork, from The Copper Elm, in the form of postcards delivered right to your mailbox. Whether you send them to someone you love, display them in your home, or keep it as a reminder for yourself, every piece is designed to encourage connection in a world that often feels disconnected.

The Invitation $5/Month
Receive one original art postcard and a handwritten note each month.
The Correspondence $15/Month
Receive the complete monthly collection of four original art postcards, a handwritten note, a collectible mini print, and occasional surprise extras throughout the year.
Monthly or Annual Membership
Choose between monthly or annual billing, whichever works best for you. Annual members receive a special welcome package created exclusively for The Reconnect Club.

The included mat is designed to fit future postcards and prints from The Reconnect Club, allowing you to swap in new favorites as your collection grows.
With every new membership, one nominated recipient will receive an uplifting handwritten postcard from me. If you'd like to nominate someone who could use a little kindness, you can do so at any time, no purchase required. (Nominate a recipient here)
Postcard shipping dates: Postcards will ship at the beginning of each month. Signup cut-offs are on the 15th of each month. If you sign up on or before the 15th, you will receive your first shipment on the 1st of the following month. If you sign up after the 15th, you will get your first shipment the month after. (If you sign up on June 8th, your first shipment will be July 1st. If you sign up on June 20th, your first shipment will be August 1st.)
Gift a Membership: Simply enter your recipient’s and shipping information at checkout and their membership will be delivered to them. If you would like a customized note to go along with their first order, I'm happy to do so! In your shopping cart, there is a section titled "Special Instructions for Seller" (the icon is a small piece of paper with a folded corner)...just give me the details and I will gladly customize their order!
Flexibility: Members can cancel, pause, or resume their membership at any time to suit their needs.
Recurring Billing Notice:
By purchasing a membership to The Reconnect Club, you are agreeing to a recurring monthly or annual charge based on the subscription tier you select (The Invitation or The Correspondence). Your payment will be automatically charged each month (or year) on the anniversary of your original purchase date, until you decide to cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting me directly.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped from North Carolina, United States.
Shipments go out at the beginning of each month and members typically receive their orders between the 4th and the 8th of the month. (This can vary depending on post office closures/holidays/etc). The cutoff date for the club is the 15th of each month. If you order on or before the 15th, you will receive the next month's collection. If you order after the 15th, your first shipment will be the month after. (If you order on June 10th, you will receive July's collection. If you order on June 20th, your first collection will be August.
Shipping within the U.S. is included at no extra cost. International shipping is not currently available, but is something I hope to offer in the future.
Packaging
Each order is carefully packed by hand to ensure your artwork arrives safely and beautifully. Because this is a small creative studio, slight variations in packaging are part of the experience.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please reach out within 14 days of the expected delivery date (orders usually arrive on or before the 8th of each month). I will always work with you to make it right, whether that means a replacement or another solution.
Returns & Refunds
Because many items are handmade, made-to-order, or limited in nature, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.
However, if there is ever an issue with your order or something doesn’t feel right, please contact me. I genuinely want every member of The Reconnect Club to have a positive experience, and I will always do my best to help.
