Help Poppi

I found this sweet girl running down a mountain road. After weeks of unsuccesfully trying to find her family, I brought her to a low cost clinic to be vaccinated, chipped, spayed, and tested for heartworm. Unfortunately she tested positive for heartworms and is now facing a long healing journey at our local vet. The treatments are extensive and can take months, costing between $1000 and $3000.
